To be mounted near the entrance to your "permit required" confined space, the permit board has large clear lettering to make sure that anyone entering the confined space location knows they must be permitted as well as properly trained and authorized for entry.

A clear acrylic pocket can hold eight 1/2" x 11" entry permit sheets.
