DBI Rollgliss R350 Rope Rescue System

The Rollgliss Top R350, from DBI/SALA and the fall protection experts at Capital Safety, is a robust fall protection pulley system for emergency rescue in confined spaces, or when working at heights that allows both ascending and descending.

With a 3:1 pulley ratio, the rope offers a travel distance of 50ft (longer rope lengths are available). The line itself is kernmantle: incredibly strong (elongating only 2% when under load) and resistant to knotting, water, chemicals and grit, making it great for most industrial environments.

Coming fully pre-rigged, the Rollgliss Top has everything you need for a rapid on-site set-up: 200ft of rope, a line-control device and the pulleys are all set-up; a securing strap, carabiners and an anchor sling are also included in the durable carrying bag.

Designed for a long working life, the pulley and parts are made from corrosion-resistant materials – aluminum and stainless steel - making it a durable addition to the more harsh work environments. The anchor point itself even sports a strong tubular steel rivet to protect the suspension mechanism.

Easy to use, the whole system is constructed to be hassle free. A rope retention bar prevents rope slipping or overlapping, while the symmetrical design gives the user maximum control while ascending or descending. The Rollgliss Top even has an inspection window in place to clearly show whether you are in ascent or descent mode, while audible clicks sound when the pulley is ascending.

For complete control and flexibility, fixed and removable deflection pulleys are available to allow you to get the set up you need, changing from 2:1 to 5:1 ratios as needed.
