Capital Safety 8003205 Snatch Block Pulley

Snatch Block Pulley Assembly 8003205 from DBI/SALA attaches to most confined space retrieval tripods. The assembly provides an easy-to-use change of direction for the steel cable attached to the worker in the hole. Used in combination with either a winch or self retracting lifeline.

The Snatch Block Pulley Assembly hangs from the tripod eye bolt for routing the back-up or secondary mechanical device's (winch or self retracting lifeline) cable. We find this design much easier to use than a pulley and carabiner. Just push in the detent pin to remove the mounting pin, thread the cable through, and slide on to the mounting ring of your confined space tripod.

7/16 inch distance between the side plates, easily slips over most any mounting ring. The pulley is 3 inches in diameter, while the side plates are 4 x 3 inches. Weight: 2.1 lbs.
