For all types of confined space and at-height work, fall protection gear is essential. Harnesses, lanyards, self-retracting lifelines are all incredibly important. But without secure anchorage, those products are just added weight when you fall.
Anchorage connectors allow you to secure yourself in a variety of situations, allowing users to attach directly onto reinforced concrete, over beams, horizontal lines and more.
Concrete anchor points provide a solid, and usually, reusable point of attachment for lanyards and SRLs. The Miller Grip is simple to install into a predrilled hole on the wall or ceiling. The Concrete D-ring is very similar, using an expansion bolt, and the D-ring itself can rotate a full 360 degrees for extra flexibility. The DBI Reusable anchor even features a quick release system so you can quickly move it around as needed.
Choker Anchors let you quickly and safely secure onto any suitable anchor point as long as the item being strapped onto can hold 5000 lbs. Simply looping the Choker Anchor around provides an instant OSHA anchor point. The 3 ft. Tie-Off Adapter choke anchor is a webbing anchor point, while we also stock the stainless steel DBI/SALA choke anchor, designed for tough sites where welding could damage the line.
For construction work there is a range of specialized girder, or I-Beam anchor points, capable of utilizing the strong structure to provide a flexible and secure mount point.
The Capital Safety Glyder 2 and DBI/SALA Fixed Beam Anchor feature a ratcheting mechanism for locking onto beams; giving you a secure anchorage point above or below your workspace.
The DBI/SALA Trolley Anchor is designed for overhead anchorage, with wheels that allow smooth movement along the length of the beam and guard plates protecting these wheels from debris. The whole system is adjustable to a range of flange sizes and is fully OSHA and ANSI compliant.
The steel plate anchor is a fixed position beam anchor point which fits plate steel from 3/8” to 1”. Built from corrosion resistant zinc-plated steel it can bear a load up to 420lbs and is simple, safe, and quick to set up via the setscrew.
DBI/SALA have two Saflok carabiners (the 1-3/16 in. and the 11/16 in. models) to aide connection and anchorage and a Steel Spreader hook for rescue and retrieval situations.
